WHO IS CROMPTON?
We founded Crompton Traffic Planning in 2016 on the Gold Coast with a clear mission: to be deliberately different. Our core value has always been to provide clients only what they truly need — never more, never less.
In 2025, a council directive changed the game. We were told that permit applications would only be accepted from implementing traffic control companies. To remain relevant and continue serving our clients, this forced a major pivot in our business model — one we never originally intended.
But instead of compromising our principles, we saw an opportunity. By integrating traffic control into our planning services, we could manage client budgets more effectively while staying true to our values of honesty, integrity, and the spirit of a family-run business.
