Crompton have the experience and expertise to review your entire DA conditions to what is required for approval at CMP DA Level and even submit online on your behalf.
At CMP Stage, you may require the following to be approved, which Crompton can assist with:
- Stamped CMP DA Approval
- Tree Removals
- 24/7 or Daily Footpath Closures
- Translink/Bus Stop
- Advertising Signs
- RPEQ
Approvals at CMP can take up to 20-40 business days, it is Crompton's recommendation to do a pre-lodgement meeting for any complex sites that require approvals that is outside council standard approvals. Pre-lodgements can take up to 3-4 weeks for the meeting, however this reduces the RFI’s at CMP and redesigning. Once you have received your DA approval, we can submit your initial road permit – this can take up to 30 business days.
